The body of God
The only place where about 80 Burmese elephants can climb freely together
Have you ever wanted to mingle with elephants and people and walk together like a fairgrounds? Go to the corpse of Kassapa. You can also feed your favorite fruits while walking side by side with the elephants. Some elephants eat only the fruit they are fed. Some elephants push the sliced banana with their nose and grab the whole banana leaf in the other hand. It's funny and endearing to them. When two elephants pass by on the way up and down the hill, people still have to avoid the mountain wall. To get excited I want readers to visit the corpse once in a lifetime because it is so much fun.
Alaungdaw Kassapa's journey is not a place that everyone can go to at any time. The plant can withstand. We have to wait for the open season. There was a lot of dust along the road. When you reach the hiking trail, there is no dust… You can walk in peace and with many elephants. Old age If you can not walk with children or the sick, you can ride an elephant. If you do not dare to ride an elephant, you can go with a porter. It's more fun to walk with an elephant than to ride an elephant, so we encourage you to take a walk if you are in good health.
Alaungdaw Kassapa is located in the northwest of Monywa. Pongtaung, Yinmarpin District ပုန် ညာ တောင်၊ It is located in the middle of the three mountains called Mahura. This is a protected area for wildlife and an ASEAN heritage site. If you want to go to Alaungdaw Kassapa compound from Monywa, you have to leave at around 4 in the morning. If you go by car, you can only drive to Kapai village. From Kapai village, we had to take a small car back to Alaungdaw Kassapa parking lot.
About a ten minute walk from the parking lot is the elephant ride. From there, walk up the hill. Just ride the elephant. You can only go up and down with a porter. Alaungdaw Kassapa Forest Reserve is a deep forest. လျှို မြောင်၊ Sanchaung Because of the abundance of cliffs, it was cold and foggy. So I did not feel tired climbing. By walking and climbing, I became physically active while traveling. You can enjoy the ride between the crowds and the elephants. The people who came down from the mountain said, "I'm coming. ' You will find warm words of encouragement. Imagine for a second you were transposed into the karmic driven world of Earl.
Places to visit during the trip to Alaungdaw Kassapa are: Kassapa Temple; The Kassapa Mausoleum You are a child. သစ္စာ ရေတွင်း၊ Boycott Thingan Lwan Stone and Ko Na Win Pagoda.

The body of Kassapa

There are two controversial stories about the body of Kassapa in the Ruby Cave. Some say that it was the body of Ashin Mahakassapa, the third sage in the time of Gautama Buddha, while others say that it was the body of Paunglaung Shin Kassapa, who became famous as an arahant in the Bagan period. Many people have read the biography of Ashin Maha Kassapa Mather, so Chan will only tell about Kaung Paung Mashin.
In 1169 A.D., the Palaung Shan invaded Kuni Ne Win village and looted it. He then arrested some villagers. Among those arrested was a pregnant woman and a woman. When they reached the edge of the forest, the robbers left the pregnant woman. The pregnant woman's husband escaped from the bandits in the middle of the street. The man ran back to the village and found his dead wife at the top of the village. There is a newborn baby boy in his wife's bosom.
The man named his son Ngapaung Laung Thin and raised him. When I was old enough to wear a corset, I wore a robe to the village monastery. Korin Lay's degree was called Kassapa. Ko Rin Lay is from Sagaing Division. In Kyauk Yit, people no longer wear clothes while spending weeks. As an adult, I became a monk. Later, after completing his monastic duties, he became famous as an ascetic. Paung Laung Shin Kassapa Htaer was over 100 years old when he moved to Pontaung, northwest of Monywa. He attained Nirvana in a cave in the middle of three mountains called Mount Ponya and Mahura.

Another interesting place on the trip to Alaungdaw Kassapa is Shin Thun exit. I would like to share some of the contents of U Kan Win's book "Exotic Rays and Strange Events" at the entrance of Alaungdaw Kassapa Cave.
Once in Monywa district. Yinmarpin Township In Thee Kone village, a monk went to pay homage to Alaungdaw Kassapa with a small monk. The monk wanted to see the corpse lying in the cave of rubies. Virtuous conduct; I make a vow by doing love. At the end of the vow, the monk tapped the stone door of the Ruby Cave three times with his hand, and the stone door opened with the sound of thunder. When I entered through the stone gate, I saw the silver gate. Then he found the Golden Gate. As I entered through the Golden Gate, I looked up at the corpse. Inside the tomb are many gems and jewels. Mercury I found the pills again. As soon as the monk became obsessed with the donations made for Kassapa, all three doors closed at the same time.
After the three doors closed, a bodyguard appeared and asked if there was anything he wanted to donate to the young monk for Kassapa. The young monk replied that he wanted to donate the Dokot robe he had brought with him. After donating the robe, the guard escorted the young monk to another exit from the cave. As soon as the small stream left, the tunnel closed again. The greedy monk was trapped inside the cave. The place where the monk and the young monk enter from the cave and the place where the young monk returns is quite different and the height is different. Observers said the entrance to the shrine was only 20 feet long and the stone was closed.
I have been to Alaungdaw Kassapa three times. If you do not want to take fruits from Yangon as elephant food, you can buy them at Monywa Night Market. The price is a little higher. Fruits bought as cold as elephant food include bananas, Carrots Apple, Apples and roses. Carrots are cheap and can be fed in large quantities. They like it that people can stop and feed the apples with apples, but they can only feed one elephant at a time because the elephant has to walk with its nose. When the other fruits were fed, they left immediately, but the elephant that fed the apple touched the snout and asked for more.
What I did not like about the trip was that more and more children were begging for money along the road year after year. Another word of caution: Do not litter at all. At the end of the Kassapa travel season, these are the places where wild animals roam. For small animals, eating plastic and foam bottles can be life-threatening. Bottled water If you put your head in a bottle and can't get it out, you can starve to death.
